Introduction

Ingredients

    cut up mushrooms
    1.5 lb beef roast, cubed
    4 cups of stock
    seasonings, to tast (italian, ranch, pepper)
    1.5c barley

Directions

add broth to your slow cooker. mix in seasonings (to taste). then add cut mushrooms and meat. let cook for 1 hr on high. then add barley. When done, it is like a casseole, The barley soaks up the liquid.
