Yogurt Fruit and Almond Salad

Introduction

I just make this for my kids, so I can get extra fruit and dairy into their picky little mouths. They seem to like it. I just make this for my kids, so I can get extra fruit and dairy into their picky little mouths. They seem to like it.
Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    2 Medium Bananas (sliced)
    1/2 c. freshly squeezed orange juice
    8 whole strawberries (hulled & quartered)
    1 whole mango (diced)
    1/2 pint blackberries
    1/2 pint blueberries
    1/2 pint raspberries
    20 whole dry roasted almonds
    1/2 cup low fat yogurt
    1 1/2T Honey
    2 T Apricot Perserves

Directions

Mix bananas and 1/4 cup orange juice to coat banana slices. Add the rest of the fruit and almonds, mix thoroughly. In a separate bowl, mix remaining orange juice, yogurt, perserves, and honey. Pour yogurt mixture over the fruit and nuts, mix well.
