Ingredients

    1/2 cup Egg Beaters, egg substitute
    1/2 cup nonfat Milk (Skim)
    1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
    5 slices Wheat Bread (I use Arnold)

Directions

Mix together the Egg Beaters, skim milk, and cinnamon. Dip the bread in this mixture and fry in a non-stick skillet coated with non-stick spray (like Pam). Each piece of bread is one serving.
