Ingredients

    1 CUP EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL
    3 CUPS LEMON JUICE
    I LARGE ONION GRATED
    6 CLOVES GARLIC GRATED
    PALM FULL DRY OREGANO
    BUNCH OF ROSEMARY FRESH
    SALT & PEPPER TO TASTE

Directions

GRATE THE GARLIC THEN THE ONION IN TO A LARGE MIXING BOWL. THEN ADD THE HERBS SALT AND PEPPER LEMON JUICE AND OIL MIX WELL. MAKES A LOT YOU MAY WANT TO SAVE SOME FOR BASTING.
