Number of Servings: 15

Ingredients

    4 lbs of beef stew
    3 summer squash
    2 chayote (tropical squash)
    1/2 lbs of Green beans
    1/2 onion
    4 Carrots
    3 ears of corn
    3 red potatos
    2 tbs of salt
    1 bay leaf
    2 cloves of garlic
    4-5 quarts of Water

Directions

Add beef, water, garlic, onion and bay leaf to large pot and boil for 1 hour. Add all ingredients except the squash and continue to boil for about 30 minutes. Add squash and boil for another 10-15 minutes.
