.5 cup skim milk
1 cup low fat (Activa)
2 cups frozen mixed fruit (Costco) (strawberry, pineapple, honey dew melon, red seedless grapes, mangos, & peaches No sugar added)
Note: for a thicker dessert, use less milk.
