Ingredients

0.5 cup of homemade pudding (butterscotch is my fav)

    2 crushed up graham crackers

3 tbsp of dream whip (i make mine with skim milk)

Directions

1. Crush up 2 graham crackers in a baggie. I use a rolling pin for this.

2. Make your favorite flavor of homemade pudding, using skim milk.

3. Make your dream whip topping, using skim milk (You can leave this out for 15 less calories).

4. Put crushed graham crackers in bottom of a small bowl saving a teaspoon for the end. Add 1/2 cup of pudding. Put 3tbsp of dream whip on top. Sprinkle the teaspoon of graham crackers on top.

5. Serve and enjoy!!

  • This was sooo yummy. I only had 2% milk on hand so to somewhat make up for those added calories, carbs, and fat i just crumbled 1/2 of a graham cracker ontop and did not use any whipped cream. It was still so delicious and satisfying :) Thanks - 1/24/11

  • This recipe is really rich and filling. I grated some milk chocolate over the top just because I love chocolate, though it wasn't really necessary. This dessert is really good! - 6/4/08
