Honey Mustard Chicken with Rice

Introduction

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    4Chicken Breast (skinless,boneless)
    1 cup of Honey
    1/2 cup of Mustard
    2 Garlic Cloves
    1/4 cup of Water

    2 Cups of steamed White Rice

Directions

Pour Honey, Mustard, and 1/4 Water in a bowl.
Crush cloves and add to Honey mixture
Whisk all ingredients together until well blended.
Place Chicken Breast into a baking dish and pour mixture over chicken. Cover baking dish. Bake a 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until chicken is done.
Place 1/2 cup of rice in a bowl and place one peace of chicken on top of rice
