Introduction

Quick and easy side dish. Quick and easy side dish.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 c. dry couscous
    1 c. water
    1 can diced tomatoes with green chiles

Directions

Bring water to a boil and tomatoes.

Add couscous, stirring quickly.

Remove from heat.

Let stand 4 - 5 minutes. Fluff with fork before serving.

Makes approximately 4 1-cup servings.
