Peanut Butter Hummus

Introduction

Very light and tasty! Great for pita bread, fresh veggies, etc. Very light and tasty! Great for pita bread, fresh veggies, etc.
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 cup chickpeas/garbanzo beans
    2 Tbsp smooth peanut butter (you can use chunky but it will have a different consistency)
    1 Tbsp olive oil
    dash salt
    about 1/3 cup of water (depends on what consistency you like)

Directions

Combine beans, peanut butter, olive oil, and salt into blender or food processor. Add water slowly until desired consistency is reached. You may need more or less. Cooking time varies due to this, but it really doesn't take long.

Makes about 1-cup or 8 Tbsp servings.
Store airtight in the refrigerator.
