Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 1/2 cups Beans cooked
    1 1/2 cups cooked Rice
    1 1/2 cups cooked mixed vegtables
    1 6oz can Tuna drained
    2 tbls Italian dressing
    2 oz fat free cream cheese
    2 tbls. Poultry seasoning
    6 tbls. Parmesan cheese

Directions

Combine all ingredients but parmesan cheese, Heat and sprinkle each serving with 1 Tbls. Parmesan cheese. Serves 6 1cup servings.
