This Traditional stone soup (no stones were used to make this) Is from a fable, I remember from when I was a kid. The aroma will fill your house. Makes 8 serving even better the next day. enjoy. Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    Onions, raw, 1 large
    Red Potato, 250 grams or white
    Mixed Vegetables, frozen, 1 package (10 oz)
    Spinach, frozen, 1 package (10 oz) yields
    Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 cup, chopped or sliced
    Bay Leaf, 1 tbsp, crumbled or 3 whole is better so you can pick they out when done.
    Paprika, 1 tsp
    Beef broth, bouillon, consomme, 2 cup
    Water, tap, to cover all ingredients
    White Rice, short grain, 1.5 cup

Directions

In a big pot add oil and onion and then add all the other vegetables, add stock and rice. cover with water, let cook until rice is soft remember to pick out the bay leafs before serving.
