Ingredients

2 cups Fusilli pasta
1 cup chopped tomatoes
1 cup of peeled sliced cucumbers
1 cup of diet Italian dressing
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
Directions
Cook pasta according to box directions omiting any salt. Drain and cool pasta. Mix the rest of ingedients together with pasta and refg. until chilled.

I added other veggies and used an organic brown rice pasta (gluten-free.) The pasta absorbed all the dressing and I didn't have extra, so next time I will wait until serving before adding the dressing, OR - if made ahead - will add additional dressing right before serving. It was very tasty! - 6/1/10
