Ingredients

    1 cup fresh, frozen or canned crabmeat
    2 tbsp finely chopped green onion
    2 tbsp finely chopped dill pickle
    1 hard-cooked egg, finely chopped
    1 tbsp lemon juice
    0.25 cup light mayonnaise
    1 tsp prepared mustard
    0.25 tsp salt
    dash of cayenne pepper

Directions

Combine all ingredients and mix well. Yields enough filling for approximately 2 dozen small sandwiches or about 4 regular sized sandwiches.
