Ingredients

    *Brown Rice, long grain, 1 cup
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    Poblano Peppers 1 cup
    Red Ripe Tomatoes, 3 plum tomato
    Pigeon Peas, 1 cup
    sa zon seasoning, 2
    pck.
    Garlic, 3 clove

Directions

chop up all your vegtables.. Onion, Tomatoes, Poblano Peppers, and fry them in a Frying pan. then add the garlic. Seasoning, Pigeon Peas & Brown Rice..
Heat all the way thru and it is done!
