IntroductionA lower-fat version of the Greek favorite. A lower-fat version of the Greek favorite.
Roll of phyllo dough (about 20 sheets)
Frozen chopped spinach (10 oz)
Fat free cottage cheese (1/2 cup)
Light butter (1 stick)
Mix eggs, spinach, and fat free cottage cheese in bowl. Use salt and pepper to season.
Place mixture over phyllo dough.
Place another 10 sheets with butter sprinkled in between.
Bake on 375 for about 30 minutes.
