Introduction

Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    6 tilapia fillets, about 22 oz
    1/2 cup Panko bread crumbs
    2 tablspoons plain non fat yogurt
    2 tablespoons Hellmann's light Mayo
    1/2 teaspoon Lemon flavored Ms. Dash
    2 tablespoons fresh flat leaf parsley
    I can't believe it's not butter spray

Directions

combine mayo, yogurt and seasonings. Spray glass baking dish with butter spray. Coat each top of filet with mayo sauce and top with bread crumbs and finish with butter spray.
Bake for 10 minutes on 400.
