Power Bars

Ingredients

    1 ½ Cups Rolled Oats
    1Cup Almonds(blanched, slivered or whole)
    1 Cup Walnuts
    ½ Cup Soy Nuts
    ½ Cup Wheat Germ
    1/3 Cup Milled Flaxseed
    2 Cups Crispy Brown Rice Cereal
    2 Cups Nonfat Dry Milk
    1 tablespoon Cinnamon
    ½ teaspoon Salt
    3/4 cup Canola oil
    1 Cup Honey
    4 egg whites
    2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
    ½ cup mini Chocolate Chips
    ½ cup Raisins

Directions

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Line cookie sheet with foil and spray lightly with cooking spray
In food processor combine oats, almonds, walnuts and soy nuts. Pulse until completely ground.
In large bowl combine all ingredients and mix well until moist (add more honey if too dry)
Pour into prepared pan, press down with hands evenly distributing the mixture into corners.
Bake 15-17 minutes, check occasionally to prevent burning.
When done remove from pan using the foil to lift. Place on flat surface and while still warm cut into bars
Store in airtight container or freeze in plastic snack bags.
