Banana-Strawberry Sorbet

Introduction

Ingredients

    2 ripe bananas
    2 Tbsp lemon juice
    1½ cups frozen unsweetened strawberries (about a 20 oz bag)
    ½ cup apple juice

Directions

Cut the bananas into quarter-inch slices, coat with lemon juice, place on a cookie sheet and freeze. When the bananas are frozen puree them with the remaining ingredients in an ice cream freezer according to manufacturer's directions. Serve immediately in chilled cups.
