Introduction

Number of Servings: 7

Ingredients

    1 - 12.5 oz can of premium chunk chicken breast, drained

    3 ounces of seedless grapes, halved

    3 ounces of celery, chopped

    1 ounce of slivered almonds

    1 - 11 oz can of mandarin oranges, drained

    1 medium apple, cored and chopped (about 6 oz)

    4 Tbsp fat free mayo

    Salt & pepper to taste

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl and stir together. Salt and pepper to taste. Serve on a bed of dark green veggies or on whole grain bread. Makes about 7 4-oz servings.
