3 Tbs Flour
1 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 lb London Broil Cubed
3 Tbs Smart Balance Buttery Spread
1 Medium Onion
3 Tbs Ketchup
1/2 Tbs Paprika (or to taste)
2 Beef Boullioin Cubes
3 Cups Boiling Water
In a seperate pot boil 3 cups water and add 2 boullion cubes to disolve and set aside.
Melt butter in pot. Brown meat in butter. When you turn the meat add the onions.
Once meat is browned add flour mixture and stir. Add boullion broth mixture to pot.
Add Ketchup & paprika.
Bring to boil then turn heat down to simmer. Cover & simmer for 1 1/2 hours.
20 minutes before serving cook pasta according to directions. Serve over pasta.
