Recipe Tuna/Veggie Pasta

Submitted by: KNOXVILLEGAL

Introduction

This is an almost fat free meal that can be served on it's own or over a bed of lettuce with tomato wedges. Great for when the gang comes over or for a cool meal when you don't want to cook. Ingredients

    1 - 13 oz. pkg. shell macaroni
2 - 6 oz. cans tuna in water
5 cups mixed frozen vegetables (thawed)
2 cups Kraft fat free Mayo
    1/2 cup sweet relish
    1 large onion (optional)

    Spices to your personal taste.

Makes approximately 13 one cup servings.

Directions

Boil the macaroni, drain and let cool thoroughly.

Drain the tuna fish and give the juice to your dog or cat.

Mix all ingredients together in large bowl and add spices to your taste. I put in dillweed, tarragon, minced garlic, sweet basil, cumin, rosemary.

Let chill a good three hours so flavors are blended.

Serve on lettuce with tomato wedges or your favorite crackers.
