Introduction

Nice flavor and good way to get lots fo fruit in the morning or lunchtime. Nice flavor and good way to get lots fo fruit in the morning or lunchtime.

Ingredients

    1 medium Apple peeled and rough chop
    1 small banana
    1/2 can mandarin oranges with juice
    1 yogurt ( I use dannon lite and fit )
    1/2 C V fusion pomegranate blueberry juice
    4 ice cubes

Directions

peel and cut fruit toss in blender add oranges and juice blend till smooth add ice cubes and continue blending till like you like it. Pour serve and enjoy Very tasty healthy nutritious.
