1000g frozen cauliflower
12fl oz semi skimmed milk
60z low fat cheddar cheese grated
water to mix
Put cauliflower into a pan of boiling water and cook for 6 - 8 minutes. In the meantime heat the milk in a separate pan. Drain cauliflower well and place in a serving dish. Mix the cornflour with sufficient water to make a paste. When the milk comes to the boil, whilst stirring, pour in the cornflour paste. Stir till thickens. Still stirring mix in the grated cheese. When ready pour over the cooked cauliflower. Serve immediately.
