Introduction

This is a slightly lower-fat and calorie version of the SparkPeople Broiled Tilapia parmesan. I simply used reduced fat parmesan and light mayonnaise, and it still tastes GREAT! 1 lb. tilapia filets
1/4 cup Reduced Fat grated Parmesan
    1.25 tbsp. Reduced fat mayonnaise
    1 tbsp. lemon juice
    1/8 tsp. black pepper
    1/8 tsp. dried basil

2. Line a pan with aluminum foil
3. In a small bowl, mix together the parmesan, butter, mayonnaise and lemon juice. Try to keep it from getting too thick. Set aside.

5. Arrange fish on aluminum foil.
6. Broil a few inches from the heat for 2-3 minutes.
7. Flip them over and do the same.
8. Cover with parmesan mixture on top and then broil for 2-3 more minutes until topping is browned and fish is flaky.
