quick ,easy and light way to make pork chops quick ,easy and light way to make pork chops
Number of Servings: 3

Ingredients

    0.7 lb boneless pork chops
    2 tbs light butter
    2 large eggs
    .25 c. skim milk
    1 c. italian seasoned bread crumbs
    fresh ground pepper
    seasoning salt

Directions

Preheat oven to 425 degrees
melt butter and apply to bottom of glass baking pan.
beat together eggs, milk and seasoning salt and pepper dip pork in mixture and then coat each side with the bread crumbs.
lay pork chops in pan and bake for 10 minutes on each side or until juices run clear.
