Introduction

This can be made with fat free cream cheese, but it makes more of a sauce rather than frosting. You have to pour it over each piece, rather than spread it. Ingredients

    4 oz. light cream cheese
    1.5 tsp. skim milk
    .5 tsp vanilla extract
    2 cups powdered sugar

Directions

Beat cream cheese, milk and vanilla with electric mixer on low speed until smooth. Gradually beat in powdered sugar. Beat until smooth and spreadable. Spread frosting over carrot cake ( i submitted a recipe for this) or a cake of your choice.
