* 2 4-5 oz Chicken Breast, no skin
* Hoisin Sauce, 4 tbsp
* Lemon Juice - 1 tbsp
* Soy Sauce, 1 individual packet
* Garlic, 3 cloves minced
* Sesame Oil, 2 tsp
* Ginger Root bottled, 1 tsp minced
Combine all ingredients except chicken. Remove 2 tablespoons of hoisin mixture and set aside.
Line a shallow roasting pan with aluminum foil and coat with cooking spray.
Place chicken in pan and brush 2 tablespoons of sauce on chicken. Broil for 5 minutes and turn over.
Brush chicken with 2 tablespoons of hoisin mixture and cook until chicken is done.
Spoon the reserved sauce over cooked chicken and serve over rice or mashed cauliflower.
