Introduction

This is my new favorite! Good for all you fellow chocolate addicts out there! This is my new favorite! Good for all you fellow chocolate addicts out there!
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1 medium banana (frozen)
    200 ml Skim milk
    1 Tbsp Unsweetened dry cocoa
    1 tsp Vanilla extract


Directions

1. Peel and cut banana into chunks, freeze for an hour or until firm.
(You will want to do several at a time, because you will want more!)
2. Place all ingredients in blender and blend on high speed until smooth and creamy (about 1 minute)
