Ingredients
-
1 chicken breast (2 halves, or about 8-10 oz.)
2 jalepeno peppers, a green and a red
1 habanero pepper
1 orange or yellow bell pepper
1/2 10 oz. package frozen broccoli
1 can crushed pineapple
dash Kikkoman Teriyaki Sauce & Marinade
1 1/2 tbsp. whipped honey
2 tsp. red/cayenne pepper
1 tsp. coriander
Directions
Cut chicken into chunks; cook in wok or shallow pan with teriyaki sauce for about 5 mins., stirring often. Add cayenne pepper and coriander.
Add frozen broccoli, sliced or chopped jalepenos, sliced or chopped bell pepper, and chopped habanero pepper. Once broccoli is thawed, add crushed pineapple, with about half of the juice, and the honey. Allow to cook/simmer for another 5 minutes. Serve over brown rice.
Use more or less hot peppers to suit your taste - we like it really hot!
