Introduction

Low fat but still tasty! Can also be made using fat free mayo and fat free sour cream. You can't even tell the difference. Low fat but still tasty! Can also be made using fat free mayo and fat free sour cream. You can't even tell the difference.
Number of Servings: 50

Ingredients

    16 oz Reduced Fat Sour Cream
    10 oz pkg. Frozen Chopped Spinach
    1 cup Light Mayo
    1 pkg. Vegetable Soup Mix

Directions

In large bowl, mix all ingredients until smooth. Make sure that spinach is completely thawed and drained before mixing in. Refridgerate for at least 2 hours prior to serving.

This is quick and easy to make, best served with a loaf of mini wheat bread. Serving size is 2 tbsps, and feeds around 50-60.
