Baked Oatmeal

Introduction

My family has this on a regular basis for breakfast. We usually pour a little milk over the top and on occasion have sauteed apples and raisins with it. This is very easy to make, refrigerate and heat when needed. I also like to grab a square to take with me when I'm on the run and won't be home for lunch. Ingredients

    3 C Oats
    1 C skim milk
    1/2 C egg beaters
    1/2 C unsweetened applesauce
    2/3 C sugar (white or brown)
    1 tsp cinnamon
    1 tsp vanilla
    1 tsp baking powder
    1 tsp salt

Mix all ingredients together. Pour in greased square baking dish. Preheat Oven to 350. Bake 30-35 minutes. Enjoy!
