Made the way my mom made it when i was a kid - only with Miracle Whip Light. Just veggies and mayo; cucumbers release enough liquid to create the perfect salad dressing! Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 large cucumber, peeled and thinly sliced
    1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
    1/4 cup Miracle Whip lite
    Salt & Pepper, to taste

Directions

Combine ingredients at least a half hour before dinner to allow flavors to 'marry.'
