2 lbs lean Ground Round
Yellow onion, one half, chopped
24 oz fat free cottage cheese
2 cups 2% mozzarella cheese
One package Egg Noodles
2 14.5 oz cans Diced Tomatoes, no salt added
1 15 oz can Tomato Sauce
1 8oz can Tomato Paste
2 tbsp Minced Garlic
1/2 tbsp Basil
1/2 tbsp Oregano
1/2 tbsp Parsley
Meanwhile, cook pasta according to package directions.
In a large casserole dish, combine the noodles, meat sauce, cottage cheese and mozzarella cheese. Keep a little mozzarella to sprinkle on top. Mix well, and bake in a 400 degree oven for 20 minutes.
