3 cups hash brown potatoes 3 tbl melted butter/margarine 1 cup diced ham 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar 1 cup shredded monterey Jack cheese 2 eggs 1/2 cup milk 1/4 tsp seasoned salt
Press hash browns onto bottom and sides of a 9 inch pie plate. Drizzle melted buter (or spray with Olivio buttery spray). Bake crust at 425 degrees for 25 minutes or until lightly browned. Reduce temp to 350 degrees. Toss ham & cheeses together put into crust. Beat eggs, milk, & seasonsed salt to form a mixture, pour over ham & cheese. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until knife inserted comes out clean. let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
