These are absolutely delicious and they will be a regular item in my recipe rotation.
I only gave it 4 stars because I had difficulty getting them to crisp. I tried leaving them in the oven a little longer but they went from soggy to burnt without ever getting to that happy crispy state. - 11/27/11
These are pretty good, and a nice substitute for potato fries. My kids didn't realize that they weren't potatoes at all, until one tried them without catsup. They did take a really long time to crisp up, though. I baked them for about 50 minutes. I hadn't a clue what to do with my rutabaga before. - 2/23/10
