Ingredients

    1 Fresh or Frozen Banana
    1 Scoop Whey Protein Powder - Vanilla
    1 cup Non Fat Milk
    1/4 dry Old Fashioned Oatmeal or Coach's Oats - cooked

Directions

Cook oatmeal and cool slightly. Add all ingredients to blender and mix. Add ice if desired. Serve immediately.
