Cheesy Potatoes (light)

Number of Servings: 16

Ingredients

    1 -2lb bag of frozen hashbrowns
    2 cups reduced fat shredded cheddar
    1.5 cups reduced fat sour cream
    1 cup 2% milk
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 small onion, chopped
    salt
    pepper

Directions

Turn oven to 350. Spray a 9 x 13 pan with cooking spray. Thaw hashbrowns in microwave by cooking on high for 4-5 minutes. Mix all ingredients in a bowl, then place in prepared pan. Bake at 350 for 1 hour. Serves 16.
