8 ounces uncooked pasta of your choice
3 tablespoons olice oil
2 teaspoons garlic, chopped
8 ounces of chopped fresh tomatoes
1 teaspoon basil
1/2 teaspoon oregano
2 cups fresh spinach chopped coarsly
4 ounces crumbled feta cheese
1 pound chicken breast diced and cooked
salt and pepper to taste
romano cheese, shredded
Clean dice and cook chicken breast
in olive oil in a skillet. Then add garlic, tomatoes, basil, oregano, spinach, salt and pepper and feta cheese and cook over medium heat for just a few minutes to heat, then stir in pasta. Serve and sprinkle each of the 4 servings with 1 tablespoon of romano cheese.
