4-5 3 or 4oz chicken breasts, boneless & skinless 10.5oz can cream of mushroom and roasted garlic soup 1/2 cup sour cream 1 tbsp fresh rosemary 1 cup chopped mushrooms 1/4 tsp thyme 1/4 tsp oregano 1/3 cup water 2 tbsp butter 1/4 tsp salt 1/4 cup scallions chopped
Brown chicken breasts in butter until browned. Add mushrooms and scallions. Cook for 2 minutes. Add soup, water, rosemary, thyme, oregano, and salt. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes or until chicken is done. Stir in sour cream and heat through.
I am always looking for new Chicken recipes to serve my family. I love garlic and added fresh garlic to the recipe and served with whole wheat egg noodles; could also use whole wheat rice or cous cous. Great meal and easy meal for get togethers/dinner parites!
