Introduction

I combined some recipes I found . . . added some of my own. It is delish. And you can't even tell you are eating FF mayo or yogurt!! I combined some recipes I found . . . added some of my own. It is delish. And you can't even tell you are eating FF mayo or yogurt!!

Ingredients

    Fat Free Mayonnaise, 5.5 tbsp
    Fat free Plain Yogurt, .33 cup
    Garlic, 3 cloves minced or crushed
    Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped
    Cucumber (peeled and minced), 1
    Salt, 1 dash

Directions

Mix together all ingredients and chill in the refrigerator for a few hours for the flavors to blend.
