Banana Nut Bread

Number of Servings: 16

Ingredients

    Winn Dixie 48% Vegetable Oil Spread, .5 cup
    Splenda Sugar Blend for Baking, 1 cup
    Egg, fresh, 2 large
    Salt, 1 dash
    Baking Powder, 1 tsp
    Nutmeg, ground, .5 tsp
    Kroger All Purpose Bleached Enriched Flour, 2 cups
    Banana, fresh, 2 medium, mashed
    Pecans, .5 cup, chopped

Directions

Preheat oven to 325 degrees.

Cream margarine and splenda together, add in eggs one at a time and beat into mixture after each addition.

Sift salt, baking powder, flour and nutmeg together, add into mixture, stir.

Stir in mashed bananas and pecans.

Spoon into well greased bread pan, bake at 325 for an hour and fifteen minutes.
