This is a WW Core recipe.I usually have a bowl of mixed berries with it.

Number of Servings: 8
Ingredients

2 C. Fresh Spinach
1/2 c Shredded Mozzerella Cheese
16 oz Egg Beaters
1 cup chopped Tomato
3 Tbsp Sliced Black Olives
6 oz. Fat Free Feta Cheese
Directions
Spray 9' pie plate with cooking spray
line bottom with spinach
Mix Egg beaters with Mozzerella cheese.
( add salt, pepper, garlic powder to taste)
Pour mixture over spinach
Top with tomato, olives and Feta cheese.
Bake at 350 for 30min or when Feta starts to brown.
Makes 8 slices
