Sara's antipasta ...

Introduction

an antipasta with an antipasta with
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    1 bag of frozen vegetables (california blend)
    1 can sliced black olives
    1 handful of green olives
    16 Pepperoncini
    olive oil
    balsamic vinegar
    1 tbs of minced garlic
    onion powder
    greek seasoning mix
    salt and pepper
    2.5 ounces shredded Italian style cheese mixture

Directions

thaw and drain as much water off of the vegetables...add to a large bowl. toss in the olives and peppers
In seperate bowl whisk the remaining ingredients. Adjust spices as you wish. Then add mixture to the veggies and olives.
Put in a air tight container and top with the cheese, a handful of flat leaf parsley (if you have any on hand) along with a few pepperocinis. chill for at least 4 hours.
