Banana Bran muffins

Introduction

Number of Servings: 11

Ingredients

    1 cup flour
    2 tsp baking powder
    1/2 tsp salt
    1 tsp cinnamon
    1/3 cup sugar
    1 cup all-bran cereal
    1 cup 2% milk
    1 large very ripe banana
    1 large egg
    3 tbsp vegetable oil

Directions

beat egg in small bowl with fork, mash up banana with it and add in milk and oil and bran and let sit while you do the next steps (5min). preheat oven to 350. Either grease muffin tin and insert paper cups. Combine dry ingredients. When oven is preheated combine wet ingredients with the dry and stir til mixed. Makes 11 muffins.
very flexible recipe! Can add blueberries too or raisins or nuts. Just keep in mind that will change nutritional info.
