4 chicken breasts ,boneless skinless
Â½ cupl emon juice, freshly squeezed
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
2 tbsp oil
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp dried oregano
Marinade chicken (poke a couple holes with a fork to penetrate the meat ) in the marinade for 15 â€“ 30 minutes (no longer)
BBQ , at whatever temperature your bbq normally cooks boneless skinless chicken (mine is natural gas so it is set for 400 degrees, about 6-7 minutes per side, until juices run clear)
Alternately bake on a casserole in the oven at 400 degrees about 15 minutes or until juice runs clear. Or an indoor BBQ would work well too.
please not that cooking time depends on both your BBQ and the size of the breasts..Prep time includes marinating time
It made add an additional ingredient so I put salt. I don't however recommend it.
