Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    1 lb. london broil, cubed
    1/2 cup celery, diced
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2-1/2 c. potatoes, diced
    10 cups of water
    6 Tbs. vegetable oil

Directions

Start off by browning the meat, onions and celery in a stock pot with the vegetable oil - I estimated 6 Tbs, but it's probably not that much. Once the meat's browned, I add 10 cups of water, the potatoes and the peas. I simmer it for 2 hours. After 2 hours, thicken it with whatever you prefer - flour & water, etc.
