Ingredients

    1 cup red beans
    1 cup grated carrots
    1 cup chopped parsley
    0.50 cup chopped green bell pepper
    3 crushed garlic gloves
    1 can tuna fish in light oil

    dressing: 1 tbspn lemon juice
    1 tbspn balsamic vinegar
    pepper



Directions

Toss all together.....and enjoy
