Ingredients

Brown Sugar, .75 cup, packed
Granulated Sugar, .50 cup
Margarine butter blend, 60% corn oil
apple butter or apple sauce, 3/4 cupmargarine and 40% butter, 4 tbsp
Egg, fresh, 1 large
Milk, nonfat, 28 grams
vanilla, 2 tsp.
*Wheat flour, white, bread, enriched, 1.5 cup
Baking Soda, 1 tsp Salt, .25 tsp
cinnamon, 1 tsp.
nutmeg, 1/4 tsp.
*Quaker Oats - Quick 1 Minute - Dry, 3 cup
Raisins, 1 cup, packed
Directions
1. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly spray 13 X 9 inch baking pan.
2. Beat together sugars and margarine until well blended. Add apple butter, egg, milk and vanilla; beat well. Add combined flour, baking soda, cinnamon, salt and nutmeg; mix well. Stir in the oats and raising; mix well. (Dough will be moist.)
3. Press dough onto bottom of baking pan.
4. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until light golden brown. Cool completely in pan. Store in tightly covered container.
