Introduction

This is one of my family's favorite dishes! This is one of my family's favorite dishes!
Number of Servings: 5

Ingredients

1 lb Round Steak, thinly sliced
5 oz Part Skim, Mozzarella Cheese, shredded (about 1-1/4 cup)
    5 tsp Garlic, minced
    2-1/2 Tbs grated Parmesan Cheese
    Salt and Pepper to taste
    Non-fat Cooking Spray
2-1/2 C Spaghetti Sauce, such as 'Classico Fire Roasted Tomato and Garlic'

Directions

1. Layout 5 pieces of thinly sliced round steak. If needed, pound each piece with a mallet to flatten.
2. Place 1/4 cup of mozzarella cheese, 1/2 Tbs of parmesan cheese and 1 tsp of minced garlic on each slice. Season to taste with salt and pepper
3. Roll up each piece tightly and secure with a toothpick.
4. Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Spray liberally with cooking spray.
5. Saute each roll in the pan for 5-10 minutes or until all sides are browned. If you like your meat a little more well done, then saute rolls a couple minutes more.
6. While rolls are cooking, heat up spaghetti sauce in a sauce pan over medium heat, about 5-10 minutes.
7. Place roll on plate, and cover with 1/2 cup of sauce. Excellent served over brown rice, with a salad or steamed broccoli.
8. Enjoy!
